My husband and I checked in and last night on the 9th. I called down to the front desk and asked if we could get a wake up call for 6:30 a.m.

. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and said no problem. 7 a.m. I happen to wake up to realize that we did not receive a wake up call.

I called the front desk and told them thank you very much for the wake up call. The man in the front does then proceeded to run up to our room screaming at the top of his lungs at us! Telling us that he has every right to kick us out that he wasn't there last night so how would he know we need you to wake up call?! So I was supposed to call him this morning for my wake up call?

That doesn't make a bit of sense and that was so ghetto and so wrong to come to our room screaming threatening to kick us out when our house is burnt down and all we wanted was a nice quiet clean room. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
