I reserved 2 rooms for 10/19 -10/21 for a hockey tournament. We were told that we could check out on Saturday with no penalty if we did not qualify to play on Sunday.

We asked again when leaving for our game Saturday morning. We returned at 1:30 and were checked out and billed only for our 10/19 stay. 15 minutes later we were called and told we would be charged for 10/20 also. We immediately returned to question this outcome.

We were told it was policy as we watched the desk clerk Cody re-rent both rooms to others. We asked for keys since we were being charged for the rooms, and were told they could not provide us rooms because they were full. I have made 4 attempts to contact the General Manager Kim Ubris and left messages which have never been returned. Kim at some point in the negotiations offered a comped stay, which is of no use to us.

I spoke with Cody today who was rude, and basically hung up me.

I am not done pursuing this issue. Reimbursement is required!
