Me and my boyfriend rented a room at the baymont hotel inn & suite,in Reno Nevada on 7/17-18...technically the room was $133 and some change..but by the elevators being broke...and we had to walk four flights of stairs... we was compensated and it was knocked down to $91 and some change.
With that being said..at check out time we recieved the deposit for the room back but not the difference from the discount of the room which would've been $40-$42. I have been trying to contact the GM for the past week. No returned calls have been giving. All of a sudden nobody knows nothing.
Receipts showed the amount of the room before and after..but they continue to say they gave us the money..but the did not.
Its NOT about the MONEY..its the principle..whats right is right!!! Me personally i think the lady at the fromt desk pocketed the money.Make sure if youbrecieve a discounted room dont forget tp2 get your refund up front
