I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your hotel and will say that I,"will not" recommend the Baymont to anyone.I had an emergency situation and needed to cancel and had explained why twice to the 2 separate representatives and was told that it was relayed to the manager(of whom never called me back personally after I asked to talk to him )....It was Veterans Day weekend ,so I know that the room I booked was rebooked....:/. I could not make it from Jacksonville,Fla.
due to unforeseen emergency circumstances and as a USAF Veteran that is out of work could not afford this for a room that I could not stay in.....
This was heartless...They charged me $139.00.
