A friend of mine was trying to get himself a room on 1/6/17 around 11pm. For some reason his card was saying declined.

Yet, he had money on it, which we to pull it off at an atm. Well, i told him "I know mine has money on it." I wasnt thinking about it, but i didnt have my license, because I am a server at the local Waffle House I dont carry my wallet, just to be safe. Anyway, the man slid my card before he asked for my license. Well, come to find out both our cards were charged and niether one of got a room.

So, I am confused as to we both were still charged. Not to mention the clerk at the desk was rude and loud. He kept yelling it was uncalled for. My name is Troy Cloud and my friends is Jamarcus Carrington.

Seeing as i signed no binding contract, because the room was not issued, as to where my money is. I would like my money today.
