Baymont Inn And Suites - Very rude general manager

I had a reservation for two beds from booking.com when I got to the hotel the manager told me that was not the room I reserved. When I showed her that I had two beds on my confirmation she didn't care so my husband me and my three kids had to share a room with one full size bed and argued with me about my reservation
