Not resolved

Traveling with my daughter and wanted a reputable hotel due to not being from the area. Went online and booked Holiday Inn Express, paid, got to hotel and gave them my confirmation number.

Was told I had no reservation there. I guess my reservation was for the hotel next door and it was the Baymont Hotel. I was not happy. Apparently, the Holiday Inn had built a new hotel and sold the existing to Baymont the previous Spring.

Baymont never changed the name online and though my reservation clearly says Holiday Inn Express, it was for the Baymont. Baymont should have never advertised themselves as being a Holiday Inn Express.

Sent an email earlier today and never got a response.
